Rhythmic Movement Method

A Revolutionary Approach to Improved Health and Well-being

"Rhythmic Movement Method" is a revolutionary approach founded by Dr. Harald Blomberg M.D. from Sweden. The approach focuses on improving the health condition of child and adult and their learning and emotional performances with the help of two essential elements: Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training® (BRMT) and the consideration of environmental factors.

BRMT is a motor training program of drug-free approach. The rhythmic exercises of BRMT stimulate the ability of the brain and the nervous system to renew itself and create new nerve connections. BRMT could facilitate the nerve connection of all parts of the brain and in turn could effectively improve different areas such as concentration and attention, speech, reading and comprehension, vision, emotion and muscle tone. Children or adults who have the symptoms of pain diseases, hyperactivity and autism can also benefit.

However, Dr. Blomberg has noticed that children nowadays have much more learning and emotional problems than they used to have 10 years ago or even 3 or 4 years ago. There has been a dramatic increase of attention and emotional problems, learning difficulties and autism.

More and more frequently it happens that children with health, learning and emotional problems do not make the swift progress with rhythmic movement training that Dr. Blomberg used to see when he first started to work with this method. Therefore, he has taken to investigate the causes of children's rapidly declining health and how it can be dealt with when working with rhythmic movement training. Nowadays the immune system of all children is under severe stress due to electromagnetic radiation, heavy metals, food additives and other chemicals, unhealthy food and lacking nutrients and this has caused a dramatic increase of gluten (wheat) and casein (milk) sensitivity and celiac disease. Stress from mobile phones and cordless networks is also a significant cause of the rapidly declining state of health among children nowadays and needs to be dealt with in order to make rhythmic movement training effective.

As a result, Dr. Blomberg addresses the environmental stress factors of the modern world and recommends various steps, in combination with rhythmic movement training to develop a revolutionary approach to improve health and well-being, so called the "Rhythmic Movement Method".
